Zephyrine and Shades of Beige did us a great favour

At 21:05 ZEPHYRINE (Highest Honor-Petal Girl) foaled a bay colt by dual Derby winner HIGH CHAPARRAL. As you can see on the photograph, the foal has a very unusual marking. Weighing 67,5kg this is quite an impressive foal for the small mare, an unraced sister to Gr.1 winner MUTAMAM. This year ZEPHYRINE will return to SHIROCCO, a stallion she has already a 3yo filly ZAHRA and a 2yo ZEGNA from. Her yearling colt is already named ZEUS and is by LOMITAS.

35 minutes later foaled SHADES OF BEIGE (Timber Country-Idrica) a brown elegant filly by HERNANDO, which weighed 53 kg. SHADES OF BEIGE is a Stakes placed multiple winner from the immediate family of LAMMTARRA. Her first foal is a now 2yo colt named SPIKE (by ELNADIM).
