EMBAT (Roderic O'Connor-Diora) is the first winner in April purchased and sold by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK. Purchased at the Goffs November Foal Sales EMBAT was sold at the BBAG Yearling Sales the following year to La Toledana. Trained by J Maroto and ridden by J Martinez, he won his 3rd race at Zarzuela, the racecourse of Madrid. 

In the evening C'EST L'AMOUR (Whipper-Centaine) foaled a strong colt by HOLY ROMAN EMPEROR for Graf and Grafin Stauffenberg at their SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN. C'EST L'AMOUR, bred by the Stauffenberg's out of their German Oaks winer CENTAINE, won 2 races herself in Germany and her first 3 foals are winners in England, Germany and Hongkong. She will visit OASIS DREAM in 2019
