21/10/22 3yo Rain wins her Maiden at Clairefontaine

The 3yo filly RAIN (Sea the Moon - RELEVANT) won her Maiden in fine style at Clairefontaine. 

Bred by GRAF UND GRÄFIN STAUFFENBERG, she is the first foal out the wide margin winner RELEVANT and was raised and prepped at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN and sold by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK at the Tattersalls October Yearling Sales to Godolphin. RAIN is trained by Andre Fabre and was ridden by Mikael Barzalona.

RELEVANT has a 2yo colt by GLENEAGLES, named REDCLIFF GLEN and in training with Clive Cox. Her so far unnamed yearling colt by DARK ANGEL was just sold a few days ago to James Toller on behalf of William Jarvis. She was not covered in 2021 and is this year in foal to PINATUBO.
